Overcoming No-Shows & Cancellations Handout ![]() Linda Anderson began as a dental administrator over 24 years ago and has gained knowledge and experience through developing her roles within the practice of dentistry, through continuing education, and then as a business systems coach, serving dentists in North America. Linda has completed many courses in leadership, mediation, and case presentation and is a Certified Adult Educator through Saint Francis Xavier University. She is also a member of the Academy of Dental Management Consultants. As a coach, Linda works with dental teams to enhance their roles and skills in the areas of managing downtime, case presentation, accounts receivables, scheduling and much more. She facilitates workshops on the business of dentistry and enjoys speaking to groups of dental assistants and administrators. * Course may not satisfy mandatory NY State continuing dental education requirement. |
