The Positive Power of Humor is a fast paced humorous presentation that is peppered with personal anecdotes and real life experience. Yvonne provides insights into the trials and triumphs we face at home and in the workplace. She has met personal challenges, major career changes, death, illness, divorce and single parenthood with unshakable optimism, deep faith, and a sense of humor. She brings laughter and encouragement, delighting her audiences as she offers life-changing material. This is a common sense no-nonsense and hysterical look at life.
Laughter Class is simple. In this session Yvonne teaches you how to use laughter as an exercise program! How cool is that? Learn a complete exercise routine and a complete well-being workout. Our bodies cannot tell the difference between fake and real laughter - that is a scientific fact, so we get all the same physiological and psychological benefits of laughter even if nothing is funny! Reduce your stress, strengthen your immune system, brings more oxygen to the body and the brain making you feel more energetic and healthy. We focus on having fun. No special talent required. Wear comfortable clothes and pee before you come to class!

Yvonne Conte is a keynote speaker and author who typically includes 60 keynotes a year at major conferences. Her publishing credits include over 28 articles and essays and five books including her latest, Remarkable Women of Faith, and best seller, Serious, which has been translated into Chinese. Her books have been on the curricula at Monroe Community College and Corning College. Her career has taken her to 31 states and 7 countries. She lectured for Communication Classes at Monroe Community College, is the founder and CEO of Humor Advantage, Incorporated and creator of “Humor Advantage Pay It Forward Program.
