This course will inform the entire dental team on these advances, as well as provide practical information about how these emerging evidence-based connections may affect your practice.

The paradigm of caries management has widened. With minimally invasive and remineralization technologies, we are faced with a new decision model in diagnosing and treatment. This program will review the historic trends in caries control and introduce the exciting new trends in therapies.

Identify the diagnostic changes utilized in evaluating the caries process
Discuss and implement the use of the CAMRA risk assessment tool
Discuss the latest diagnostic technology in screening and tracking caries patterns
Compare and discuss the current delivery systems, which contain technologies claiming enamel restoration and remineralization
