Chester J. Gary, DDS ’78, JD is a dentist / attorney-at-law, admitted in New York and Florida, with a practice concentrated on issues relevant to health care providers. He is Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Restorative Dentistry and Course Director of Practice and Risk Management, University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. He serves as Editor of the Eighth District Dental Society Bulletin, reviewing editor of the New York State Dental Journal, Chair of the District Professional Liability Claims Committee, member of the Erie County Bar Association Health Care Committee, and adjunct faculty member at the Erie Community College Dental Hygiene School. Dr. Gary has published numerous articles and lectured extensively regarding dentistry and the law.
