CEREC: Technology Motivated Growth Supported, in part, by an educational grant from Patterson Dental. Alumni Speaker Series Thursday, November 6, 2008 9:00am-12:00pm (3 CE credits) Today’s exceedingly successful dental practices are fueled by technology. While implementation of technology is overwhelmingly appealing to consumers, more and more young dentists are demanding it in their associateships. One of the most exciting and functional advents in technology is CEREC. This course is directed to the non-CEREC using dental team in an effort to provide insight into the revolutionary growth practices are undergoing combining routine time-tested principles with the power of cutting edge technologies. The goal of this humor-filled presentation is to familiarize the attending dentist and teammates with CEREC and its implementation in the context of the presenter’s personal journey with technology. He practices in Clayton and Carthage, NY where he is the owner of Clayton Dental Offices, Thousand Islands Center of Dental Technology, and LaClair Family Dental. His practices are value-added, systems oriented and technology driven. With an intense passion and excitement for dentistry, he constantly looks to better the profession by privately consulting, lecturing and teaching to dentists, dental students, hygienists and sales representatives.
