Pizza by the Slice, Or the Whole Pie is a fast-paced, interactive course on treatment planning your everyday restorative dentistry while learning how to bite off the "big case."  Complete dentistry begins with a complete examination including our ability to communicate.  At the end of this program, you will feel comfortable with the clinical foundations of treatment planning as well as how to make the "big case" part of your everyday routine.

David R. Rice, DDS is a 1994 graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo, School of Dental Medicine.  In 1995, he completed a general practice residency at the Allegheny General Hospital, in Pittsburgh, PA.  Over the last fourteen years, he has focused his continuing education at the Pankey Institute, the Dawson Center, Dental Boot Kamp and the Pacific Esthetic Continuum.  Dr. Rice maintains a private practice in East Amherst, NY and is cofounder of gotheextrasmile.org, a nonprofit organization that has donated over $150,000 in the last six years to children's charities.
