Dr. Gary B. Carr
, widely recognized as the “Father of Microscopic Endodontics” began practicing endodontics in San Diego in 1982. He received his B.A. from Cornell University in 1969. Dr. Carr served in Vietnam in the U.S. Navy from 1970–72 as a Line Officer aboard the USS Coral Sea. He received his dental degree at SUNYAB (Buffalo, NY) in 1976 and his specialty endodontic training at the University of Illinois at Chicago in 1982. He is a diplomate of the American Association of Endodontists.

A thorough discussion of the design requirements for a microscopic, paperless office. Includes a review of the
ergonomic essentials in being able to use a microscope efficiently and incorporate digital recordkeeping and digital photography into ones practice.
