Drs. Carocci
and Rumfola will draw upon their experience on the local level as well as the
state level with the Council on Ethics. Rather than discussing hypothetical
ethical dilemmas, they will cite actual cases that they themselves investigated
and resolved. In addition, they will present other interesting cases and
situations that were addressed in Hearings or discussed amongst representatives
of other districts in New York State.
