Dorchester, MA: Our practice is located in a vibrant and economically booming area located in the Adam’s Village neighborhood of Boston and we are looking for an Associate Dentist to join our team. Ideal candidate will have 2+ yrs experience but will mentor a new grad if it is the right fit. Traditional Transition with a 1 yr Trial Period and 4-5 yr equity period leading to a 100% buy out. Sr. Doctor will be looking to cut back to 2-3 days per week. Our patient base includes many of our original patients (since 1981) and we now see their children, grandchildren, friends, neighbors and co-workers. Most of our new patients are referrals from our current patients. All equipment is brand new: operatories, Sterilization Center, CBCT, Cerec, Primescan and digital cameras in each room. Office is completely electronic.  Associate must be able to provide all aspects of General Dentistry and be a licensed DDS or DMD.
