We are a small, privately owned DSO seeking an associate for our family dental practice. Our ideal candidate has 2 years+ of experience practicing general dentistry but we are willing to mentor the right candidate. The associate will be paid a minimum base salary of $150,000 per year OR 30% of the total collections; whichever is greater as calculated on an annual basis.  In addition, we are offering a highly competitive benefits package. Our goal is to make the doctor feel at home and stay with our organization. Dentist will have complete autonomy and will be supported by a great team and systems. We will offer ownership opportunity to the right candidate.
