Compensation Structure: $180k-250K/year (Base *guarantee* of $156K per year + production bonus based on 33% of collections) Other benefits (including insurance, stock, retirement, etc.): Medical, Dental, Retirement Match, Some CE paid (all after 90 days) Tues-Fri (4 days/week, 7:30-4:30), additional as desired 1 day/wk at satellite practice ~45 min away. 8 plumbed ops, 14 unplumbed, 7,000 sq. ft. Paperless Digital X-rays iTero Scanner (restorative & invisalign).
