Hiring: This is a full-time position with a target start date of July 1, 2026.

Join a busy, single location practice that is looking toward expansion opportunities. Averaging 70-80 new patients each month, this practice collects $2.7M annually and is ready to hire a new periodontist to meet its continually growing needs.

About the position

You’ll have the opportunity to be busy from day one! This is privately owned and receives most of their patients by referral. Though busy, and currently with a 3+ month new patient wait, they have an established team that is friendly and supportive of one another.

A specialty focus of theirs is on soft tissue work and esthetics, but they maintain a healthy mixture of periodontal and implant services.

This practice is high tech and paperless utilizing PandoPerio clinical software and featuring some of the latest technology including CBCT, Dexis I/O x-ray, and a Trios scanner, Piezosurgery, and L-PRF.

Compensation & Benefits

Their new periodontist will have a guaranteed salary of $225,000+ (based on candidate/experience) AND an opportunity for increased bonus earnings based on collections – limited insurance participation lends itself to increased production/collections.
