About the Practice

Well-established, high-quality patient base with deep community roots dating back to the early 1960s. Modern 8-operatory facility with strong and growing patient demand. Predominantly fee-for-service with only one PPO (Delta Dental), providing excellent earning potential and clinical autonomy. Significant growth opportunity as patient volume continues to expand. Supportive, experienced team and a collaborative work environment. Long-term opportunity with potential for partnership/buy-in for the right candidate.

Monday–Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Thursday: 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM

Compensation

Year 1 Guaranteed Compensation: Minimum of $160,000, paid as a monthly draw (no clawback provision)

Production-Based Compensation: 32% of adjusted collections, calculated from day one Associate will receive the greater of the guaranteed minimum or percentage of collections 

Collection Definition: Based on doctor-performed procedures only (Hygiene production and hygiene exam/x-ray collections are excluded)
