This is a patient-centric practice that prides itself on identifying each patient’s needs and goals and finding the best way to meet them. Their commitment is deeply rooted in the community, with most of their new patients joining them as referrals.

This is a great position for a new graduate ready to learn under two-seasoned dentists who provide mentorship, as well as provide the support of an established, highly-trained clinical support team.

Practice Structure

This practice generates $5M in annual collections from 4,700 active patients, with 60-75 new patients each month, representing a 50/50 split of Fee-For-Service and Negotiated Insurance Plans. The practice utilizes PPO negotiators for optimal fee reimbursement.
