•Location and job #: Creighton, NE Job # NE012
•Type of Practice: General Dentistry
•Schedule: Monday – Thursday 8am-5pm and some Fridays as needed until noon, but not often. No night and no weekends.
•Compensation: Employee will be paid salary wages on the first and fifteenth day of each month during the employment term. The amount of salary will be $150,000.00 - $170,000 per year. Any amount payable by Employer to Employee by reason of actual collections which exceeds the salary paid to Employee shall be paid to Employee on a quarterly basis on the 15th day following the end of the quarter. Employee shall be paid 30-33% of collections (depending upon experience) actually received by the Employer generated by Employee during each month of the employment term
•CE Callouts/offerings - Employer agrees to reimburse Employee up to $10,000.00, for continued education that is not provided by the Employer
•Facility call outs: great location description, specific building selling points Built ground up in 2020
•Operatories: 4 Fully functional operatories with great technology
• Support Staff callouts: highly skilled clinical team consists of 1 dental hygienist and 2 trained Dental Assistants to ensure you have the support you need to seamlessly exceed your goals
•Unique/Historic selling points: Insurance and cash Mix and PPO Participation top 5, only dental office in town
• Community Details: Creighton is a friendly, small-town community in northeast Nebraska with a low cost of living, safe neighborhoods, and strong local schools. It’s a great place to build your career and enjoy a relaxed, family-oriented lifestyle. Located near Norfolk and just a short drive to Yankton and the Missouri River, Creighton offers small-town charm with easy access to nearby amenities. Industry is mostly ag focused in farming and local livestock market. The largest employer is the Avera Hospital, Schools.
